## Practical staff exercise · 30 minutes

1. Open the retail demo and reset sample data. Search “returns” and “delivery in Amman”; write the source IDs and current rules.

2. In Edit knowledge, change the English AND Arabic returns period from 7 days to 10 days. Search again. Confirm the new rule appears with the same source ID and a higher revision.

3. Create an enquiry: “Can I return an unworn piece after 9 days?” Prepare source extracts, edit a concise answer that cites K-returns, submit for review, approve and resolve. Nothing is sent.

4. Ask “Do you offer a lifetime warranty?” The correct response is an explicit unknown; no policy should be invented.

5. Draft a bilingual reply for an unavailable Clay scarf using P-03. State the recorded availability; do not promise a restock date. Refresh the page and verify the task state.

Checking guide: initial returns evidence is 7 days; after your edit it must be 10 days in both languages. K-delivery distinguishes Amman from other Jordan locations and excludes international delivery. P-03 begins with 0 units; no restock date exists. Warranty has no supported answer. For the 9-day example after the edit, the return window condition is met, but unworn/tags and staff inspection still apply; never promise an automatic refund.

## تمرين عملي للفريق · ٣٠ دقيقة

1. افتحي التجربة وأعيدي البيانات. ابحثي عن الإرجاع والتوصيل في عمّان واكتبي معرفات المصادر والسياسة الحالية.

2. من تعديل المعرفة غيّري مدة الإرجاع في النص العربي والإنجليزي من ٧ أيام إلى ١٠. أعيدي البحث وتأكدي من النص الجديد ونفس معرف المصدر وإصدار أعلى.

3. أضيفي استفساراً: «ممكن أرجع قطعة غير مستخدمة بعد ٩ أيام؟». جهّزي المقتطفات ثم اكتبي رداً مختصراً يشير إلى K-returns، وأرسليه للمراجعة واعتمديه وأغلقيه. لا تُرسل أي رسالة.

4. اسألي «هل يوجد ضمان مدى الحياة؟». الرد الصحيح يصرّح بأن المعلومة غير موجودة. لا تخترعي سياسة.

5. جهّزي رداً بالعربية والإنجليزية عن وشاح كلاي باستخدام P-03. اذكري التوفر الحالي دون وعد بموعد عودة المخزون. حدّثي الصفحة وتأكدي من حفظ الحالة.

دليل التحقق: سياسة الإرجاع تبدأ ب٧ أيام وتصبح ١٠ باللغتين بعد التعديل. K-delivery يفرّق بين عمّان وباقي الأردن ولا يشمل الخارج. P-03 يبدأ بصفر قطع دون موعد لتجدد المخزون. الضمان غير موثق. مثال ٩ أيام يحقق شرط المدة بعد التعديل، لكن تبقى شروط عدم الاستخدام والبطاقة وفحص الفريق؛ لا وعد باسترداد تلقائي.
