This policy describes data use on rasas.co, Ahmad Rasas’s personal portfolio, service pages and interactive demos. Ahmad is the contact for personal information you choose to send to him. You can browse the portfolio without sending an enquiry.
Your enquiry and WhatsApp
The project form uses the name, business or brand, selected service and project details you enter to prepare a WhatsApp draft in your browser. It does not submit these fields to a website server. The draft stays in memory for the current visit and is lost on a full reload or when the tab closes.
Opening WhatsApp passes the draft text in a WhatsApp link. WhatsApp receives that link when you open it; you still review and send the message yourself. Ahmad receives your message only after you send it. Information you send is used to respond and discuss your project. Messages then remain in the conversation until deleted. Avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy.
Email messages
Email sent to [email protected] is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Ahmad’s receiving mailbox. Your sender address, message and any attachments pass through Cloudflare and the receiving email provider, Google, to deliver the message and allow Ahmad to respond. Information you send is used to discuss your enquiry or project. These providers’ processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Browser storage and your choices
The site remembers your language and acknowledgement of the storage notice on this device until you clear its browser data. Temporary visit markers help avoid repeating the entrance sequence and recover from an asset loading failure; they end with the browser tab session.
If you use the LAYN or SUDA demos, their records, changes and simulated activity are stored on this browser until you reset that demo or clear site data. They are not uploaded to a server or shared with Ahmad. Use fictional information. Exported files are saved by you to your device and are under your control. When browser storage is unavailable, demo changes last only for the current visit.
Hosting, performance and cookies
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Its active Web Analytics beacon sends page and referrer information, browser performance measurements and a page-load identifier to Cloudflare to help understand site usage and performance. Cloudflare states that this beacon does not use cookies or browser storage and discards the incoming IP address at its nearest data centre rather than storing it in its core databases or logs. Processing may take place in another country. See Cloudflare’s data collection explanation.
The site application does not set advertising cookies or send project-form text as analytics events. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies when a protection feature requires them; these are separate from its analytics beacon. Its cookie documentation and privacy policy describe those services. The storage notice explains local storage; it does not claim to switch off hosting or Cloudflare measurements.
External services and links
Links to client websites and external platforms take you to services with their own data practices. Opening an email link uses your email application and provider. The LAYN and SUDA demos do not run live AI, send real messages, take payments or create real bookings. Their simulated outboxes are local demo records.
Questions, access and deletion
Contact Ahmad through WhatsApp or the email listed below to ask about information you sent, request a copy or correction, discuss deletion, withdraw permission for a use you previously agreed to, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context to locate your conversation, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. Browser demo records can be removed using the demo reset or your browser’s site-data controls; Ahmad cannot retrieve them remotely.

This page will be updated when the website’s data flows change. The date above identifies the current version. Any project-specific handling of information should be agreed during that project’s discussion.
