An experience by Ahmad Rasas

Self-initiated demo — fictional business. Sample data.

A clear request.
A reviewed visit.

I designed and built a bilingual booking desk that connects service, staff and time selection to staff review.

THE PROBLEM

A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Brief hypothesis: scattered requests and changes can make availability unclear. Each request has a state/history, and staff time is reserved only on confirmation.

Research rationale: MoDEE household data supports mobile access; Novajo provides a service-clarity precedent. Workflow need remains a hypothesis for customer interviews. RESEARCH.md ↓
