What to prepare before a website project

A practical website brief checklist: offer, audience, approved content, languages, contact journey, account ownership and handover.

Bring a clear brief, even if it is incomplete.

You do not need every answer before contacting Ahmad. A useful brief explains what your business offers, whom it serves, what the website should help people do and which materials already exist. Mark missing information so it can be planned.

Copy this checklist into your brief.

Business and current URL; main services or products; customer and service area; primary action; required pages; Arabic and English requirements; approved logo, fonts and colours; approved photographs and usage rights; who writes and approves content; integrations; who owns domain and hosting; content editing needs; launch date; budget range; reviewer and decision maker.

Use facts that can be checked.

Supply accurate contact details, service descriptions, availability and any evidence you want to publish. Separate client work from independent concepts. Share public examples and synthetic sample records first; account credentials and private customer data are not needed in the initial brief.

Define the enquiry journey.

Decide whether a visitor should call, ask on WhatsApp, request a quote or use another approved route. State who receives the enquiry and what happens next. A draft message or request is not a confirmed appointment, payment or sale.

Agree the handover.

Write down deliverables, languages, review rounds, hosting responsibility, edit access, backups and ongoing support. Use the checklist above in the existing enquiry form, or send it directly on WhatsApp. The form prepares a draft for your review before you decide to send.

Explore the evidence and scope.
