RASAS. / Google Business Profile — Setup & Management
Help nearby customers find you—and choose you.
I help eligible businesses create or improve their Google Business Profile, keep their information accurate, and connect their local presence to a useful website—with clear ownership and practical reporting.

01 / The service, clearly
What it means for your business.
Google Business Profile, formerly Google My Business, is a free profile for eligible businesses on Google Search and Maps. Professional setup and management are separate services; the profile itself is free.
02 / The right fit
Start with real readiness.
For genuine businesses that meet customers in person at a suitable location, or qualifying service-area businesses that travel to customers. Online-only operations are not eligible. We check eligibility, existing profiles and owner access before proposing work. A remote business or lack of a public office does not by itself establish eligibility.
What the scope can include
- Eligibility, existing-profile and duplicate checks
- Owner access and verification preparation
- Accurate business name, categories, hours and services
- Approved photos, profile information and website checks
- Genuine review requests and authorized responses
- Holiday updates, practical reports and clear handover
03 /
Build the profile around the real business.
I use the actual business name, a suitable primary category and accurate contact details, hours and services. We check duplicates before creating another profile. Service-area businesses follow Google’s rules for hiding an address when appropriate; virtual offices and invented addresses do not establish a real customer-facing location. Google chooses the verification methods available to the business.
04 /
Keep the website and local information consistent.
Your profile and website should describe the same real services, contact options and location or service area. I review service detail, useful local information and mobile contact paths without inventing locations or making thin pages for every town. Local ranking depends on relevance, distance and prominence; accurate information helps people evaluate your business, while no position is guaranteed.
05 /
Manage changes and earn genuine feedback.
Ongoing work can include holiday hours, approved photos, services, posts where available and response drafts. Review requests go to real customers without buying, incentivizing or selectively suppressing negative feedback. Responses require your authorization and protect customer privacy. We agree who supplies updates and who approves replies so the profile follows the business as it changes.
06 /
Your ownership. Clear fees. Useful reporting.
You retain ownership and invite appropriate manager access; no password sharing is needed. I obtain documented authorization and disclose fees for the agreed professional work. Reports label profile interactions and the period they cover. Call-button clicks, website clicks and direction requests are signals, not proof of a completed call, visit or sale. We use actual business feedback to understand what happened next.

Clear questions. Practical answers.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes, the profile itself is free. My fees cover the agreed professional setup, improvements or management work. We disclose scope and fees before starting, and your business retains ownership.
Can an online-only business have a profile?
Online-only businesses are not eligible. Eligible businesses normally make in-person contact with customers at a location or as a qualifying service-area business. We review the actual operation against Google’s guidelines before proposing setup.
What if I have no public office?
A genuine service-area business that visits customers may qualify and can hide its address when Google’s rules apply. A remote operation with no in-person customer contact is different. Do not use an invented address, mailbox or unsuitable virtual office.
Can you guarantee verification or first place on Maps?
No. Google chooses verification methods and reviews eligibility. Local ranking depends on relevance, distance and prominence. I can prepare accurate information, improve the profile and explain the process, but cannot promise a verification date or ranking.
Who keeps ownership?
Your business keeps ownership. You invite manager access for the agreed work and can review what is changed. Written authorization, access responsibilities, reporting and handover are agreed before management begins.
Can you help get reviews and reply to them?
I can set up a genuine customer review-request process and prepare replies for your approval. No purchased reviews, incentives or fabricated feedback are included. Customer privacy and explicit response authorization matter.
What does ongoing management include?
The agreed scope can include hours and holiday changes, approved information and photos, review-response drafts, website/contact checks and performance reports. You supply genuine business updates and approve content; we agree the frequency and responsibilities.
Do profile interactions equal sales?
No. A call-button click is not proof of a completed call, and a direction request is not proof of a visit. Reports show the available interactions with their definitions and period; actual enquiry and sales records are needed to assess commercial outcomes.
